Winter's Whisper

Yesterday evening

I walked along the beach

The sand was getting a little cold

I sat on the cold sand

Watching the ships

Strong lights from the sea

I'm waiting for winter

To caress the cold wind

To the smell of rain

Get wet in the rain

To get into a warm house

In a warm blanket I had brought from Norway

I want to drink hot chocolate

And look out the window

And see the rain falling

And the leaves flying through the air

And to feel excited

Get excited about winter

Get excited

And love
